- Existing Wells - Many times your existing well can be repaired or upgraded depending upon your location and situation. We can service any type of well and all aspects of the well itself. Including the pump, tank and controls; we also can air lift your well to clean the water and pride ourselves on perfoming all services in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Geothermal Installer - looking for the latest technology in heating and cooling your home. We have two installers that are licensed with IGSHPA (International Ground Source Heat Pump Association). We can provide you with the installation of either horizontal installation or vertical heat loop drilling and take care of connecting all the piping to your home. - Old Wells - Upon selling or renovating your home you may find there is an old well on the property. All unused wells must be sealed. We can assist you in sealing these old wells permanently and providing the sealing record upon completion.
The first step in the drilling process is to determine the most suitable location. Things to be taken into consideration are: property boundaries, the location of any future buildings, ease of accessibility for future service to well and position in relation to the septic bed.  Once the ideal location has been determined, the actual drilling process begins. During this process, the driller will continuously take soil samples to monitor the geology encountered. When a water bearing formation is found, the well casing and stainless steel screen are installed. The well is then developed until there is an adequate supply of clean water. The next step is a flow test to determine the capacity (gallons per minute) of the well. The annulus of the casing is sealed with Bentonite grout to prevent any contaminants from entering the water supply. Pump installation then takes place and the well is chlorinated and capped.
